DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL SERVICES AND ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND USED TOWARDS THE PRICE OF THE PIERCING

PHYSICAL ID IS REQUIRED FOR EACH APPOINTMENT

IF CLIENT IS UNDER 18, PARENT AND/OR LEGAL GUARDIAN MUST ACCOMPANY FOR ANY SERVICE

-deposits are nonrefundable except in the event that after an anatomy check your anatomy is not suited for the piercing you have scheduled an appointment for

-in that case, alternative piercing options will be offered and the deposit can be used towards that without having to cancel or reschedule your appointment
OR

we will refund the deposit and cancel the appointment

Please carefully read over our Required ID Information as if you show up to your piercing appointment and do not have the proper IDs your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will not be refunded

if you are not on time to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded (there is a 5 minute grace period)

- the age minimums are listed for each piercing, please check this before setting the appointment, if the minimum age is not met by the client at the time of the appointment your deposit will not be refunded

- the time set for the appointment will vary on the piercing/piercings/services you include at the time you schedule your appointment
- this means that if you decide to add on a service or an additional piercing you may have to schedule another appointment

the MAXIMUM amount of piercings that can be done in one appointment will be either 3 or 4 (4 only if it includes earlobes)

as a general rule it is advised to not get too many piercings done at once as it can cause complications with the healing process

-We use an ASTM F136 complaint implant grade titanium which is verified to be nickel free.
